Get ready for a hands-on, action-packed day with your local heroes at the Moreton Bay Emergency Services Expo! On Sunday, 12 October 2025, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Brennan Park, Bongaree (Bribie Island) will become a showcase venue for emergency services, rescue demonstrations, and interactive experiences.
Bring the family and step into a world of sirens, rescue gear, and learning, where kids and adults alike can see first-hand what goes on behind the scenes to keep our community safe.

Say hello to members of Queensland Police, SES, Queensland Fire & Emergency Services, Queensland Ambulance, Red Cross, Life Flight, and more. Peek inside vehicles, hear the sirens, and watch demos of the tools they use.

Kids (and grown-ups) can test their courage by handling a fire hose, learning how SES responds in emergencies, trying rescue simulations, and stepping inside ambulances to see what paramedics do.
🌊 On-Water & Rescue Displays
Expect some eye-catching activations on the water, showing how marine rescue and water emergency services operate.
🍴 Food & Refreshments
A lineup of food trucks and vendors will be on site so you can grab a bite while you explore, chat with the teams, and take breaks between demos.
