Ticket Purchase:
Tickets are not available at the venue and must be bought through the Fever website or the Fever app prior to arrival.
Carer Tickets:
Guests requiring assistance are eligible to apply for one free Personal Assistant or Support Worker pass once they hold a valid ticket. Acceptable documents include a CredAbility Access Card, PIP or DLA proof, or an Assistance Dog ID.
Ticket Access and Changes:
- Your ticket and QR code will appear in the Fever app and your confirmation email.
- Changes to date or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert (subject to availability).
- Tickets are non-refundable, except under Australian Consumer Law.

By Train: South Bank Station is the closest train station (approx. 850 m walk).
By Bus: Mater Hill Busway Station is just 200 m from the venue.
By Taxi or Rideshare: Services such as Uber, DiDi, and 13CABS are readily available.
Please note there is no on-site parking at The Princess Theatre. Nearby options include Princess Parking, Mater Hospital Car Park, and Secure Parking at Vulture Street and Queensland Cricketers’ Club.
